is partnering with an Ultra-Luxury 5* Lodge in the Northern Cape, who is currently looking for a highly experienced
SENIOR SOUS CHEF
to join their team.
Requirements:
A Chef's diploma from a reputable institution.
Previous experience in a 5* luxury lodge, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and an impressive food portfolio.
Strong Leadership & Management skills, capable of independently leading a team in the absence of the head chef.
Very organized and skilled in food costings, stock control, procurement, current food standards and techniques.
Computer literate and knowledge of basic HR principals and food safety standards.
Knowledgeable and a passion for food, great food techniques and up to date with current international food trends.
Highly guest centric with excellent interpersonal skills.
A Valid Driver's license is essential.
Stable employment history and contactable references.
