Participate in code reviews and ensure that code quality is maintained across the team.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, helping them solve problems, improve their skills, and grow professionally.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements, gather feedback, and deliver features on time.Troubleshooting & Optimization: Analyze and resolve complex software issues, optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability of systems.
