Role: Senior Social Manager Lead
ROLE MISSION Working in partnership with our client, the Senior Social Manager Lead role willrequire a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills. The successful candidate will have a strong background of working with digital, passionate for Community Management, Creative Content Creation and Social Media Strategy and must excel in planning and producing engaging and creative social media and digital work. As the Senior Social Media Lead, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand's presence and engagement across various social media platforms and execute innovative social media strategies that align with our company's mission and values. You will have access to the strategic and creative network of the wider agency, and will be the lynch pin pulling the right people together to produce great content for your channels, as well as adding your own creative flair and community management expertise. You will work hand in hand with our in-house design team to create best in class content for the channels you manage.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE With a deep understanding of the digital marketing world and the opportunity for social media to influence key business results and outstanding consumer engagement, you will lead a team of social media professionals, oversee content creation, and implement campaigns to drive audience growth and achieve key performance indicators.
