Your day at NTT DATA Responsible for managing strategic CX Portfolio initiatives involving cross-functional teams. Oversees plans and directs business and functional analysis, schedules as well as budgets. Monitors programs from initiation through delivery. Organises program activities and ensures communication and facilitates completion of the program on schedule and within budget constraints. Support overall governance and compliance of solutions and align to CX Portfolio Strategy. What you'll be doing Key Roles and Responsibilities: Consolidate data from projects and programmes and, after analysis, present this in the required format or reports and dashboards for management decision making. Prepare consolidated programme and project financial, status, risks and issue reports as requested. Adheres to and ensures that the Portfolio delivers the solution, remains within baselined budget, is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction. Takes responsibility for all aspects of the full life-cycle of the assigned program. Manages client and stakeholder satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manages escalations adequately. Ensures the program meets its approved timeline, scope, quality, and cost targets. Monitor and track progress, actively manage risks and issues, and effectively escalate when needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: Business and commercial acumen. Process improvement and efficiencies and Business process optimization and functional analysis. Ability to manage work processes and drive organisational governance requirements. Strong communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders. Understanding of change management principles. Ability to work with and manage multiple projects/programs within the required deadlines. Ability to work effectively with teams and individuals distributed globally across time zones and cultures. Must encourage, support, and guide continuous improvement of the team, its products, and processes. Able to resolve conflict through negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation. Ability to identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, and then facilitate quick resolution. A proactive self-starter who is able to operate independently and as part of a team. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor's or equivalent degree. Possesses training and certification in the following areas (preferred): Project Management. PRINCE. Agile. ITSM (ITIL). Required Experience: Professional experience in project and program management and managing the entire lifecycle. Proven experience including high complexity, cross business unit programs. Experience delivering large complex IT Service Projects (Business Transformation).
