Qualifications and Experience: Relevant Tertiary qualification Food Technology, Hospitality Management, Formal Cheffing Qualification, Marketing Management (Advantageous) Computer literacy Intermediate Excel is compulsory Minimum of 3 years relevant experience within Foodservice, Food Production or Production Kitchen environment Experience with dealing with Spar, PnP, Franchises, Business Owners Experience in Dairy, New Product Development will be advantageous. Drive New Product Development sessions with customers. Implement the agreed pricing policies. Develop the appropriate cross functional contact strategy (includes identifying key contacts & establishing frequency of contact) with assigned customers.
