What you'll be doing:Speak to and engage customers from across the UK who need to move larger than parcel items/full house moves and sell the benefits of AnyVan products and services that can meet their needsBuild rapport, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan's serviceWork with a range of warm leads and manage your daily activities to ensure you meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue generationCollaborate with your manager to optimise sales strategiesProvide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvementSkills and experience you'll need to be successful in the roleMust have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with B2B or B2C experience (Exposure to International customers in particular UK/Ireland/Europe is advantageous) Proven track record of success in meeting sales targetsCRM Experience (HubSpot Preferable)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of the difference between value and featuresAbility to work flexible shift patterns. Our UK opening hours are: Monday-Friday 8am-8pmSaturday-Sunday 8am-6pmPlease note this role is based on site at our offices in the Central Business District in Cape Town. Working Patterns We are extremely proud of our culture and believe in the many benefits that being in the office provides - all our roles require regular time in our office in the central business district in Cape Town.
We do not offer fully remote roles but we support hybrid working wherever possible (3 days in office, 2 days from home). However, to meet the needs of our customers and business operations many of our Operational and Commercial roles are fully office based.
