Qualification and Requirements:Hold a valid matric certificate and Tertiary qualification.A minimum of3 years in a similar position, with at least one year in a coordination environmentStrong administration and coordinationValid drivers licence- proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skillsexcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesdisplay strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailself-starter able to work unsupervised, manage own time and activitieskey responsibilitiesProvide an accurate spare parts receiving and binning function.Provide a stock preservation and security function.Provide an accurate spare parts/engine order picking function.Perform all required administrative duties effectivelyAttending to customer needs telephonically, by mail. Email or personal calls.Counter salesMonitoring of sales targetsPreparation of quotations.Processing customer invoices and following up of orders and general admin.Increasing customer sales baseControl of all sales documentation.Control of the internal job system
