Position Summary:
Act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand in the Boutique. Welcome, advise, and guide a clientele loyal to up-market products in compliance with the quality standards defined in the Nespresso service offering. Attain the sales targets of the Boutique notably through keen attention and follow-up.
A day in the life of a Nespresso Coffee Specialist:
You will create a delightful customer experience by ensuring that the boutique appearance is in accordance with company policy (well-ordered, correct equipment, properly presented). Ensure that display cubicles are filled with capsules, machines, and accessories daily. Welcome the Boutique clientele, identify their needs, and advise both prospects and Club members on Nespresso products and services. Initiate Club members to the art of coffee tasting and develop their curiosity about our full range of products. Maintain a pro-active approach towards customers to maximize the sale of all Nespresso products presented in the Boutique (coffee, machines, and accessories). As the Coffee Specialist, you are part of the team to ensure boutique operations excellence is maintained, such as compliance with the correct opening/closing procedures and payment processing based on defined procedures. You will contribute actively to achieve individual and boutique targets.
What will make you successful:
Completed Matric
Excellent proficiency in English is essential.
Experience in working with high-end/luxury/premium or retail brands would be an added advantage.
Preferably at least 1-2 years of experience in direct customer sales.
Must have a strong work ethic, integrity, and total honesty (transparency and trust).
Service-oriented.
Passion for constantly updating oneself with our Sales Guidance.
Curiosity and ability to generate creative ideas.
Able to communicate complex messages in a simple way.
Energized by tough challenges and is a team player.
