This role offers flexible availability with options for 20 hours/week or 30-40 hours/week, requiring proficiency in English.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and tools, including Klaviyo and Postscript.Work with our Creative team to design and create copies that drive action and conversions.Create and execute segmentation strategies to target specific customer segments.Perform A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.Monitor deliverability and inbox placement rates to ensure high deliverability.Collaborate with the paid media team to align email and SMS campaigns with other marketing channels.Requirements3+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.Proficient in email marketing platforms, with Klaviyo and Postscript preferred.Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure campaign performance metrics.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Working with DTCjob.com will be more than just getting a job; it is like landing into an ecosystem that ensures your long-term success in the DTC world.
