Social Media Executive Overview This thriving fashion company is looking for a Social Media Executive. In this extremely varied role, you will support the Director and teams, completing tasks for posting on social media, liaising with wholesale, managing stock count on Shopify, assisting the design/product development teams, and customer service.
Social Media Executive Responsibilities Support the Director with ad-hoc administrationWork alongside design/product development to assist them with administrative tasksBe the first point of contact for customers in the showroom, welcoming them inChase suppliers for samplesProvide customer service for the in-house brandPost engaging content on the brand's social media platformsArrange photoshoots for new collections, including booking models and locationsInfluence PRLiaise with wholesalers, keeping them up to date on Shopify stocksManage the Shopify stock and update it when necessaryCollate samples for wholesalersCommunicate between the ecommerce store & warehouseSocial Media Executive Requirements A highly organised individual with the ability to multitask in this fast-paced environmentCompetent using Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience with Shopify/Customer Service is desirable
