Qualifications: Matric coupled with a F&B Diploma would be hugely beneficial Fluent in English and Afrikaans Fully computer literate MS Office and POS systems Minimum 6 years experience within a similar role Must come from Bistro upmarket dining establishments Own vehicle due to location of property Competencies: Leadership ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, ensuring everyone works towards common goals Customer Service strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and handling complaints effectively Communications excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers Financial Acumen proficiency in managing budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability Problem solving ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions Organizational skills efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring smooth operations Interpersonal skills build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders Adaptability flexibility to handle the dynamic and face-paced nature of the restaurant industry Compliance knowledge understanding of health, safety and hygiene regulations to ensure compliance
