Senior Reservations Manager

Candidate Requirements: Grade 12/ Senior Certificate A certificate in Hospitality would be advantageous At least a 5 years experience as a Reservations Manager in a 4 star environment Able to take the lead and head up the Reservations department Strong reservations and booking conversion rate Good computer skills and a be a system super user Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to grow existing business and have excellent client relation skills A dynamic individual who can chase new business and growth opportunities Must have excellent organizational skills and experience in forecasting, analyzing and reporting Must be a professional, well presented individual and have an enthusiastic personality Must have excellent written & oral communication skills Work well with people and be able to mentor, train and develop team members This is a live out position
