This is a 6 months fixed term contract Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include:Self management drive weekly, monthly and quarterly targetsTalent sourcing in various industries using the various recruitment techniquesDrive a 360 degree recruitment processEnsure effective delivery and an integrated approach of the recruitment process (advertising, interviewing and placing of candidates) across the Group.Ensure accurate weekly and monthly progress reporting.Ensure effective management of probation processes through line management.Ensure up to date knowledge of relevant legislation (LRA; EEA; SDA and FAIS) as well as recruitment best practices.Coordinate and implement proactive recruitment strategies and solutions to ensure effectiveness, consistency and compliance to the Group Recruitment Policy.Build, maintain and manage relationships with the Recruitment Team, internal and external applicants, line managers, service providers and the HR Team.Ensure effective service delivery to meet customer needs.Source, screen and register candidates to place in client vacanciesEngage with suitable candidates in a professional mannerDeliver on service expectations with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that expectations are managedConducting extensive telephone, video and face to face interviews with potential candidates. Adhere to all legal requirements and internal complianceAdvice business with new HR legislation Experience & Qualification Required Skills and ExperienceA minimum of a Grade 12 plus a National Diploma / Bachelors Degree qualification in HR / Sales / Marketing/ Business Management related discipline is requiredYou must have at least 5 years solid recruitment / talent sourcing experience and at least 2 years supervisory experienceMust have a good track record of sourcing and placing suitable candidates in a fast pace recruitment environment and a stable employment recordHuman Capital solutions consulting experience is an advantageYou must be fluent in English and be able to communicate wellExperience in competency based hiring approachesMust be based around JohannesburgKnowledge of recruitment principles, methods, techniques and resourcesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse environmentPlanning & implementation skillsAbility to manage a diverse workload coupled with the ability to deal effectively with both short notice demands and ongoing workloadStrong customer service orientationPackage & RemunerationBasic salary, high commission, incentives and travel reimbursement
