Senior Quantity Surveyor / Site Based Commercial Manager

Detail: This Site Based position will lead all QS's on site.
Responsibilities will include the following:

Commercial Support of Project
Cost Reporting, Cash Flows, Cost to Completion and Budget Forecasts
Contractual Correspondence – early warnings, notifications and claims
Compilation and costing of contractual claims
Commercial Reviews of contract and contract documents
Bid Guarantees, Advance Payment Guarantees, Construction Guarantees and Insurances – Applications and maintaining schedules
Coaching and supervising junior and intermediate quantity surveyors
