Job Description:Managing and overseeing project deliverables to ensure timely completion while upholding high-quality standards Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor in a consulting environmentManaging and overseeing project deliverables to ensure timely completion while upholding high-quality standardsEstimating project costs, preparing budgets, and providing expert consulting on cost-effective solutionsManaging contracts and ensuring compliance with terms and conditionsHandling procurement processes for materials and services to meet project requirementsMonitoring and controlling project costs to stay within budget, with a focus on maximizing value and minimizing wasteConducting site visits and inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to sustainability goalsMaintaining thorough documentation and preparing regular reports for clients and stakeholdersFacilitating communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycleQualification:Honours degree in Quantity SurveyingRegistration with the South African Council of the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) preferred Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
