Civil Engineer

Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Civil Engineer Location: Cape Town Industry: Engineering Level: Senior Key Requirements: Degree in Bachelor of Science in Engineering or B-Tech Degree in Civil Engineering 6 - 8 years of experience in designing and delivering engineering projects, particularly in urban development Extensive experience with municipal engineering projects, including Water and Wastewater Treatment, Pump Stations, Sizing Pumps, and Pipeline Designs Strong expertise in project management, contractual administration, and engineering design Proven ability to perform complex civil designs, compile and review technical reports, and manage project finances Experience in preparing contract documentation and technical specifications, and overseeing contract monitoring and quality assurance Proficiency in managing project staff, client engagement, and coordinating with various stakeholders Ability to initiate and review project designs, conduct client surveys, and maintain ISO 9001 quality assurance standards Personal Attributes: Proven leadership skills with experience as a Project Leader or Design Engineer Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for investigating alternative solutions Excellent organizational skills to manage project reports, data collection, and archiving Ability to coach and train staff, oversee training needs, and manage staffing resources Proactive in procurement of new work, marketing, and tendering Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and provide technical support If you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV through to engineering.vacancystand-outstaffing.co.za or contact us at XXX-XXXX.
