Senior Property Analyst

START DATE : ImmediateREQUIREMENTS:Bcom degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field.
A Property Investment related degree will be advantageous4 or more years' of experience in property investment/property finance structuringExperience in auditing, banking and/or sales and marketing will be advantageousDriver's license and own transport preferableMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency DUTIES: Network and market by developing relationships with intermediaries and other role players in the property and finance industry in order to generate deal flowDesign deal structures that will accommodate the client's needs as well as comply with the company's policiesConduct due diligence in order to determine viability of investment in commercial properties to improve the existing property portfolio, equity investment in joint ventures relating to commercial properties and providing funding to SME's who wish to purchase their own business propertiesCompile investment proposal report for submission to and approval by the relevant investment committeesPortfolio management (maintain relationships with clients and attend management meetings for equity investments in joint ventures) HOURS: Mon – Thurs: 08:00 – 17:00Fri: 08:00 – 16:30
