Senior Projects Engineer

The Projects Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, providing engineering support services. This role involves assisting with the design of equipment, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams. The position requires a high level of technical acumen, project management expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Design Assistance Conceptualize and adjust designs based on client and sales input. Review and approve drawings, providing commissioning assistance as required. Ensure all project drawings are completed accurately and on time. Project Management Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and time constraints. Oversee the accuracy of specifications and liaise with sub-contractors to ensure compliance. Progress Reporting Provide regular progress updates to clients and the Managing Director. Participate in weekly project meetings, update cost sheets, and ensure accurate cash flow management. Commissioning Conduct pre-commissioning checks and oversee dry and hot commissioning of equipment. Ensure all systems meet specifications and are properly tested, including signing off with clients. Inspection and Maintenance Perform inspections on existing equipment, advising clients on maintenance plans. Liaise with internal sales on spare parts requirements and perform preventative maintenance tasks. Client Liaison Visit existing clients regularly to assess needs and generate leads for the sales team.
