Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationManage changes in the project scope, schedule, and costsReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsManage issues and problems that may ariseReview client's specifications for adherence to capabilities and provide construction alternatives when necessaryConduct conference calls with clients and attend client-facing meetings with Sales/ClientCreate project scopes for complex individual projectsConduct regular meetings with vendors when neededMonitor and suggest improvements to operational workflows to interface with vendorsWork with the project team to adhere to project controls and processesFacilitate the definition of the project scope and the subsequent controlReview and be responsible for the overall work effort and deliverables of the project teamManage the project budget to ensure accurate tracking and forecastingEnsure Applications for Payment to the Owner are properly submitted and payment is promptly receivedInform management about the project progress, financial status, and current Owner relationsExamine all drawings and specifications for design deficiencies and resolve them with the design teamImplement and maintain prescribed quality control measures throughout the projectAdministrationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationOrganize meetings, create agendas, and take minutesPerform administrative duties when necessaryCollate costs for invoicingKeep updated on compliance regulationsCreate and update project scope for complex individual projectsSet out timelines/schedules and present to the clientMaintain status sheets with actual dates for completed tasksProvide minutes of calls/meetings as a follow-upDevelop and maintain necessary records and files for efficient operationReview and manage all project issues, changes, and risks through formally defined processesEnsure requirements pertinent to insurance, HSE, labor relations, and employment regulations are metReport and forecast cost through a cost value reconciliation format on an accurate and timely basisEnsure that additional project costs are submitted and accounted for in a timely mannerHave complete knowledge and understanding of the Contract Documents, the General Contract, and the SubcontractsEnsure requisitions for subcontracts and purchase orders are prepared and submitted on time
