Senior Project Engineer - (Permanent)

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree required. Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Post graduate studies advantageous.
10 years+ engineering design, construction management experience.
HVAC experiences advantageous.
Professional Registration Required (PrENG preferable, PrTech acceptable).
Office based with regular visits to site. Some travel may be required.
Drivers' License necessary.

Job Description:

Technical lead within the company's engineering office.
Managing technical aspects on multiple HVAC Projects (design and implementation).
Drive technical best practice in office, including research into new methods and processes.
Estimation and Cost Control, including assisting in project tendering.
Drive deadline achievement on all projects.
Manage Technical staff, Project Managers and contractors.
Technical submittals as part of project approval processes.
