The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting large-scale projects with a focus on administrative accuracy and systematic organization. Key Responsibilities: Document Management: Utilize Microsoft SharePoint or other equivalent document management systems to organize, store, and manage project documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and easily accessible. SAP CRM / ERP System Support: Maintain and manage data within SAP CRM or other ERP systems, supporting project managers with relevant project updates and tracking. Project Documentation: Administer project specifications, closeout documents, purchase orders (POs), and invoices, ensuring proper documentation for each project phase. Vendor Coordination: Perform project site visits and engage with vendors, ensuring their deliverables meet project standards and timelines. Complex Project Systems: Proven ability to use and maintain complex project administration systems, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined operations. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Create and manage spreadsheets and project documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
