Job description:Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge HVAC projectsOversee large-scale industrial HVAC systems, from concept to completionManage estimation, and budgeting and ensure projects run smoothly and on timeSupervise technical teams and contractors, keeping everyone aligned with project goalsReport regularly on progress to management and meet key milestonesPrepare essential technical documents for project approval and successMaintain change logs and variation orders with meticulous detailStay on top of project schedules to avoid delays and mitigate penaltiesOversee claims processes, ensuring accuracy and resolution of queriesSkills & Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering design and construction managementExpertise in managing the technical aspects of multiple HVAC projectsStrong estimation and cost control experience in project tenderingAbility to lead and mentor a teamWillingness to travel regularly to project sitesA valid drivers license is essentialProfessional Registration (PR Eng/PR Tech) is requiredQualification:BSc/ BEng/ BTech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferable; postgraduate studies are advantageous Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.Contact SAMANTHA PRINSLOO on
