REQUIREMENTSMatric, Degree in Finance, Procurement or Supply ChainAt least 3 years management experience in Procurement or Supply Chain in an Industrial manufacturing environmentProven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiationStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire a teamExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in ERP systems and procurement softwareExceptional communication and interpersonal skills DUTIESManagement and coordination of all Procurement activities for the business which includes the various manufacturing operationsProvide Procurement best practice and continuous optimisation support to the businessEnsure that Procurement contributes to the business achieving its objectivesEnsure Procurement compliance to group procurement, financial and code of ethics policiesPrepare and manage annual budget preparation and quarterly outlooks for key commoditiesManage Key commodity, service, and capital purchase price negotiationsManage key commodity order placement, delivery, and stock levels in conjunction with Production PlanningTender issue and evaluation for key commodities, services, and capital purchasesManage contract implementation for key commodities, services, and capital purchasesContinuous improvement initiatives through regular supplier and commodity reviewsOversee supplier performanceManage Procurement Personnel recruitment and performanceMaintain Procurement Supplier and Commodity information on the group SharePoint portal including key commodity trends and analyses.
