RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, Informatics or Business Information Systems OR a Process Engineering certification such as CBPP or similar7 - 10 years relevant experienceA minimum of 5 years proven work experience in process engineeringExperience in process modelling tools (preferably ADONIS toolset or similar)AdvantageousBusiness Architecture training or certificationLean and Six Sigma methods and techniquesFinancial Services industry experienceIn-depth understanding of BPMNExperience in Agile methodologies and hybridExperience in Business Process Management Initiative rollout and implementationExperience in strategic and business transformation initiativesClear understanding of different process frameworksAbility to act as an Agent of Change ManagementResponsibilitiesDefine business processes and value chains relevant to the departmentIdentify, optimise, and integrate business processes, value streams and operating modelInterpret and implement industry process standards and frameworks (e.g., APQC, Togaf)Analysis, design, development of business processes to improve systems, data, information and people skills within specific functional areasReview current state processes and identify problem areas, inefficiencies, and control weaknessesProactively identify improvement opportunities and recommend alternative solutions to business ownersIdentify and assess automation opportunities within the department and provide recommendations for applicationDevelop detailed business process flows and include how technology solutions will enable the business processesContribute and advise on developing Target Operating models and related artifactsProvide process documentation and operating instructionsConduct and contribute to process asset management such as repository content management, methodology and related artifactsCollaborate with key stakeholders such as architects, SMEs, process owners, and technical experts to ensure viable and sustainable solutions
