(Senior) Pricing Analyst Job Specific Skills Prepare budgets for proposals, rebids, change orders, and payment schedules. Prepares and modifies budgets and rebids based on feedback received from SMEs.Identify information for budget development and work closely with business development, operations, and proposal development team to prepare and finalize budgets.Ensures budgets are in agreement with RFP, client specifications and communications, and internal assumptions.Obtains third party quotes as needed.Schedule and lead budget development calls with relevant stakeholders.Participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements.Support maintenance and improvements of existing budget tools in collaboration with Commercial Leadership, Finance, and other stakeholders.Develop in-depth understanding of all commercial processes and be compliant with all processes and policies relating to the development of budgets and other relevant commercial operations functions.Provide support and expertise to other Budget Developers in the delivery of assigned opportunities.Support other proposals and contracts deliverables based on department priorities and workflow availability.May support proposal and contract development.May participate in customer meetings.Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree required, or relevant work experience.Up to 5 years' experience in proposals and budgeting or similar field required.Expert knowledge of scientific principles and concepts.Reputation as emerging leader in field with sustained performance and accomplishment.Proficiency with MS Office applications.Hands-on experience with clinical trial and pharmaceutical development preferred.Good communication skills and willingness to work with others to clearly understand needs and solve problems.Excellent problem-solving skills.Good organizational and communication skills.Familiarity with current ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards preferred.Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, and GCP requirements.Basic understanding of CROs and scientific & clinical data/terminology, & the drug development process.Should you not have received a response within 14 days of your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.
