Main purpose: To implement Employee Relations strategies, which are aligned with the organisational needs and to provide expert Employee Relations consultative services across all levels of the SIU.
Matric (NQF4).
3 Years experience in Employee Relations .
B Degree or National Diploma in Employee Relations/Labour Law (NQF Level 6/7) Key performance areas (include but not limited to): Employee Relations Strategy.
Employee Relations Management.
Constructive and Collaborative relationship with the recognised Union.
Employee Wellness.
Technical skills: Policy conceptualisation and implementation.
Stakeholder management.
Project Management.
A sound understanding of modern HC practices and the current Public Sector HC operating model.
Labour Legislation (including but not limited to LRA, EE, BCEA).
Collective Bargaining Process Knowledge.
