My client, a well-established property management specialist based in Blackheath, is looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager to join their team. The duties include pro-active property management, administration of property requirements, customer care, and service.Responsibilities:Pro-active property management.Administer property requirements.Provide customer care and service.Compile residential or commercial body corporate budgets.Prepare and issue minutes of meetings attended.Chair meetings.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in property and portfolio management.Sound knowledge of the STSM Act and the CSOS Act.Excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels.Basic accounting skills.Own car is essential - not negotiable.Availability for some evening meetings.This is a highly pressurized position dealing with many properties.
