Position Overview: The General Manager: Clea...Experience and Qualifications Required: Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree required master's in business administration advantageous. Minimum of 5 years' senior management experience within the medical scheme industry. Understanding of the Clearing House operating environment. Experience in and understanding of medicine utilization and costs in a medical scheme. Understanding of radiology and pathology claims processes. Competencies and Attributes: Proven experience in operations management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines and operate effectively in a high-pressure environment. Strong relationship management and customer service focus.
