This critical role is responsible for overseeing and managing all payroll activities within the organization. You will work closely with the payroll team, HR, and finance departments to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing, adherence to legal regulations, and the confidentiality of sensitive employee information. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of payroll systems, and a meticulous eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Manage Payroll Process: Lead the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees. Review and process payroll inputs including time and attendance, benefits, and deductions. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all employee changes are reflected in the payroll system. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies. Payroll Administration and Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management and the finance department. Handle payroll-related journal entries and reconciliations for accurate financial reporting. Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Maintain confidential and secure payroll records in compliance with data protection regulations. System Management and Process Improvement: Manage and maintain the payroll system, ensuring data integrity and system functionality. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to streamline and enhance payroll processes. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in payroll management or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of payroll systems and regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
