Type: Full time, on-site (08h30-17h00) CTC: R500-R650K AA/EE: Open Management: 1 AR Resource Essential requirements for consideration: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be given first preference Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in debtors' management with direct reports 3-5 years' experience in financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis 3-5 years' experience managing accounts receivable, credit control, and debt collection processes.Advanced skills in financial software (e.g., SAGE 300) and Excel for financial modelling and data analysis.
Main duties and responsibilities Debtor management (Acknowledgement of debts, company sponsorship and student queries).Monthly provision for bad debt analysis report.Debtors Offset report for financial year-end preparations.Monthly preparation of Management Accounts.Apply the principles, policies, processes, and procedures related to the Finance department.Interpret and apply laws, rules and regulations of accounting standards.Completing of vendor application forms.Reviewing payment plan for new intakes and ensure that they are adhering to the policy.Manage reports for new intake preparationsCreate reports for stakeholdersBalance sheet maintenance and reconciliation review.Planning and preparation of budgeting and forecasting reports.Review and approval of credit notes.Assist in various finance projects, e.g.
