Salary: R30 000 to R37 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience + Provident and medical aid
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 AM to 5 PM and Fridays 8.30 AM to 4 PM

Qualifications / Requirements:Minimum of MatricWorked in payroll and wages in a Factory environment with a weekly payrollProven experience as a Payroll Controller, having been responsible for a medium to large payroll (approximately 200 employees)Experience with payroll processing, utilizing VIP and familiarity with payroll taxes and regulationsStrong Excel skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environmentKey Performance Areas:Process and manage all aspects of payroll, including calculating hours, calculating deductions, processing new hires and terminations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulationsAdminister employee benefits, including medical aid, retirement plans, and other benefitsPrepare and maintain accurate and timely payroll records and reportsResolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee questions about payroll and benefitsAssist with HR, when necessary
