Qualifications: Accounting or Audit articles with 5 years commercial experienceCritical thinkingAdhering to TMSA's code of conductAbility to work under pressureGood interpersonal skillsGood conflict resolution and people skillsAnalytical skillsHigh level of integrity and commitmentTechnical knowledge or skills required: Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)Excellent Computer Literacy and experience of MS Office applicationsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsGood experience and knowledge of SAP and MS OfficeEffective written and verbal communication skillsExperience on CaseWare softwareInternal Contacts: Operations, finance, Paris group consolidation department, and internal audit.
Cross functionality required through interaction with other divisionsEnsuring that financial information is valid, useful, accurate, complete, and timelyRecommendations to management about internal controls and operational issuesProblem solvingEvaluation of information from other departmentsEnsure IFRS compliance during month end, quarter end, and year endExternal Contacts: External auditors and stakeholders.
