Senior Payroll Advisor

Operating out of a purpose-built campus in South Manchester the business now need to bolster their payroll team with an experienced Senior Payroll Advisor.
You will be joining a hardworking, friendly and collaborative Global Payroll team. This is a fast paced and a changeable environment but highly rewarding. As a Payroll Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, your varied duties will include:
Managing end-to-end payroll processing for a number of payrolls with varying pay frequenciesProviding support to employees with any payroll-related inquiries.Performing payroll calculationsKeeping up to date with all relevant legislationProcessing starters and leaversEnsuring salary sacrifice benefits are administered correctlyWorking as a team to meet Payroll deadlines as part of the wider People functionAbout you:
3 years+ experience working in payrollTrue end-to-end Payroll specialist, ideally with in-house experienceStrong excel skills including formulae, pivot tables and VlookupsPositive, can-do attitude and team playerPassionate about payrollAbility to work to deadlines with accuracy and manage a busy workloadWhat's on offer:
