Senior Operations Manager (Service Station) - East London

Requirements: Business or industry related qualification.
More than 15 years experience.
Knowledge of the following systems: SAP (retail), Namos (fuel), Winbranch (fuel).
Proven business and operational track record.
Forecourt experience non-negotiable.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Management of all operations on site, Retail fuel forecourt, Diesel truck high canopy, Retail convenience shop, Ancillary services such as car wash, truck wash, canteen, laundromat etc.
Business management management of the business as a whole.
Compilation and management of operational income and expense budgets.
Management of all operational and administrative personnel on site.
Implementation and management of on-site systems.
Liaising with local and national authorities when required.
Management of operational agreements.
Stock management.
Management of lease agreements.
Management of franchise agreements.
Management of third-party agreements (security, cleaning etc.)
Any other duties that could reasonably be expected from a general manager.
