Minimum Requirements: Experience: 10-15 years in a senior Factory/Plant Management role, preferably in a unionized environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical) or Food Sciences is advantageous. Business-related postgraduate qualification is a plus.
