Senior Operations Analyst

Our client requires the services of a passionate and qualified individual to expand its dynamic team for the enhancement of services to the clients.Job Purpose: To provide first-line support to clients on banking products and assist in processing electronic files for clients.Role Responsibilities: Take accountability for client Bank files. Ensure that files are processed, and feedback is supplied to clients per update file.Confirm file layouts from clients and submissions to the Bank before the relevant cut-off times.Identify, communicate, and follow up with the Bank or technical team.Ensure that the feedback files are created per client request.Maintain effective system information and ensure the updates occur timeously.Attend to client queries.Ensure client processes documentation is up-to-date.Check client and Bank Limits.Preferred Requirements:Certificate or Diploma in an administrative fieldA minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role4+years of MS Office, especially Word and ExcelSound knowledge of the Bank and Insurance industrySQL skillsPrevious experience in the payments industry will be an advantagePersonality Attributes:Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsAble to keep the information confidentialShould exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills to complete the assigned work effectivelyHonest and trustworthyAbility to work in a team and as an individualAbility to work under pressure and adhere to deadlinesAttention to detail Analytical skillsProblem-solving skillsThinking outside of the boxSelf-starter
