Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.Exciting opportunity to join EMEIA EY Financial Services Brand, Marketing and Communications team for a 12 month maternity leave cover contract.The opportunityWe are recruiting for a full-time Marketing Senior Manager (maternity cover) to lead the delivery of EMEIA Wealth & Asset Management (WAM) marketing campaigns for a period of 12 months.You would be a member of the central EMEIA FSO Marketing team, which sits within the wider Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function. As part of this dynamic and collaborative group, you would work alongside BMC colleagues across our three sectors – Banking and Capital Markets, Wealth and Asset Management, and Insurance – as well as those driving our growth drivers including Alliances and Strategic Solutions. You would also collaborate with colleagues from Digital Marketing, Content, External Affairs and Internal Communications, as well as with teams across the EMEIA FSO region including Global marketing teams and marketing counterparts in the US and APAC.In this role, you would report into the EMEIA Marketing Leader, who is based in London.This role can be based in any of our 18 markets across Europe.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead on strategic marketing planning for WAM, keeping to tight budgets and limited resource.Lead end-to-end production and delivery of projects and campaigns, and measure ROI reporting back to leadership on success.Become a trusted advisor to the Wealth & Asset Management leadership and respective WAM country leaders across Europe: provide marketing advice, guidance and direction that supports priorities, enhances the reputation of the business and helps grow revenue and market share.Manage any key sponsorships that are aligned to the sector and activate through all marketing mix including, speaker opportunities, show reels, exhibition booths, video content and social media.Engage regularly with Wealth & Asset Management teams and local market Brand Marketing and Communications (BMC) colleagues across EMEIA FSO to understand local priorities and needs, share go-to-market materials and ensure they are fully leveraged across the region.Skills And Attributes For SuccessAs Marketing Senior Manager, you would be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans aligned to business priorities.The role would require you to work closely with the EMEIA Wealth & Asset Management Partner Lead, to create marketing content and campaigns that will help the sector achieve purposeful growth and accelerate revenue.You would focus on delivering audience-centric, impactful assets that enhance EMEIA FSO's reputation as the go-to team for solving client challenges in financial services while building a better working world.To qualify for the role you must haveExperience in developing a marketing strategy and measuring the success of your activity.Experience in managing senior leaders and the ability to influence at all levels.Experience in a leadership role working cross border and managing team members offshore and onshore.A deep understanding of Financial Services and understanding the Wealth and Asset Management sector is desirable.Ideally, you'll also haveExcellent stakeholder management: Ability to develop trusted business relationships with executive level leaders, senior internal colleagues and external clients, and suppliers – while balancing the demands of the business with the needs of our audiences and available resources.Organized, meticulous and disciplined, with strong project management skills: Proven ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and global colleagues with limited time and resource.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete ownership of marketing for a variety of areas, as well as all ongoing projects.Excellent writing and communication skills: Ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, in ways that capture and sustain audience attention.Event management experience, including webcasts, roundtables, conferences etc.Good knowledge of social media best practice, particularly on LinkedIn.Experience managing/mentoring colleagues to create an environment of teaming and collaboration.What We Look ForComplete fluency in spoken and written English.At least 8 years content and campaign marketing experience, preferably within a large financial services or professional services firm.Experience in campaign development, managing the delivery of a wide range marketing assets and subsequent measurement of ROI.Experience working with and managing the expectations of senior stakeholders.What We OfferAs part of this role, you'll work in a highly integrated, global team with the opportunity and tools to grow, develop and drive your career forward.
