Job Responsibilities: Develop Strategy, Innovation and IBE for key brands.
Partner with insights to leverage people centricity and trends.
Define the Brand Promise, Strategy, and Long Term Growth Plan (incl.
4Ps, innovation & communication).
Develop focused innovation roadmaps based on the brand/hubs strategic needs and commercial requirements.
Develop specific innovations for all elements of the bundle - partnering with R&D Technology, Supply Chain, Packaging & Design.
Develop the IBE by partnering with our advertising agency & collaborating with other Divisions.
Partner with cross functional teams including Customer Development, Retail Marketing and Finance.
Proficient in strategic & analytical thinking, challenging "group think", being creative, dealing with ambiguity, and leading cross functional teams.
Must have a growth mindset, people centricity, curiosity, and familiarity in digital & design.
Required Qualifications: 10+ years of successful experience in FMCG marketing (brand strategy, portfolio management, communication development, commercial growth plans).
4-5+ years of demonstrated capability in end-to-end innovation development.
Full understanding of the innovation process from insight scouting to concept writing & testing, to full bundle development & go to market with the commercial teams.
Management of cross functional teams to deliver results.
Experience in Design thinking & agile innovation development.
