The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct a market audit of the toweling industry which includes analysis of:The macro environment - product analysesGrowth leversRisk and mitigantsOutcomesInnovationsCampaign developmentCommunication strategyExecution strategy – mixDesired Experience & QualificationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in Senior Marketing Consultant (management), with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role.Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
