Job Purpose To manage the smooth delivery of high-quality tender submissions, ensuring that tenders are tailored to the requirements of each individual client or request, through managing risks and engaging stakeholders where necessary and optimising tender delivery through collaboration, engagement and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities Manage the delivery of tenders to ensure timeous delivery of high-quality submissions.
Review the tender document to ensure that the response meets the client's needs.
Manage stakeholders in the tender delivery process to ensure that the tender is delivered on time.
Project manage delivery of tenders in line with agreed time frames.
Identify project stakeholders, communicate their roles and define the level of participation in tender response and manage stakeholder engagement strategies throughout the project plan.
Collaborate across Business Units and facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes across the stakeholder group.
Ensure continuous improvement on tender process efficiency and delivery.
Manage all tenders across small, medium and large projects.
Ensure change management processes are adhered to for all tenders in conjunction with client.
Essential Qualification Business Related Degree Type of Exposure Built and maintained stakeholder relationships  Delivered compliance risk management programmes and advice  Designed Workforce Planning Solutions  Developed and Implemented Communications Strategy  Managed Transformation and Innovation  Minimum Experience Required 2 – 5 years working experience in a tender environment or in the tender manager role with related project management experience  Technical/Professional Knowledge Proficient in the use and application Microsoft Suite – Ms Word and PowerPoint essential Industry trends  Principles of financial management  Cluster Specific Operational Knowledge  Principles of project management  Decision-making process  Governance, Risk and Controls  Behavioural Competencies Customer Focus Driving for Results Planning and Organising Building Strategic Work Relationships Gaining Commitment High-Impact Communication Employment Equity Statement Preference will be given to individuals from underrepresented groups --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please contact the Nedbank Recruiting Team at +27 860 555 566
