THE EMPLOYER: The Cross-Border Road Transport Agency (C-BRTA) is a statutory authority, established in terms of Section 4 Act No. 4 of 1998 as amended, to regulate cross border road transport by providing an unsurpassed service through regulating cross border movements, facilitating resolution of constraints along the various transport corridors and borders as well as through effective law enforcement. Four key focus areas of the C-BRTA. (1) Facilitation; (2) Research & Advisory; (3) Regulatory Services and (4) Law Enforcement. The C-BRTA Offices is located at 350 Witch-Hazel Street, Eco Point Office Park, Block A, Eco Park, Centurion, Pretoria. For more information visit www.cbrta.co.za SENIOR MANAGER: STRATEGIC SUPPORT Permanent Position – REF: CEO 007/06/2024 JOB PURPOSE: To provide strategic management support and strategic relations management.

REQUIREMENTS: Formal Qualifications: • A degree or NQF level 7 qualification in Business Administration / Project Management or related discipline • A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage. Experience: • 10 years' relevant experience in Business Administration and Executive Support • 5 years at management level.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: • Strategic Management and Support • Executive Performance Monitoring • Oversee the ESG function • Oversee the Committees coordination and support services • Coordination of Board, Committee and EXCO, CEO commitments.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: • Planning, organising, monitoring, and reporting • Knowledge of government and SADC protocols • Ability to build Inter-relationship between the Agency and external stakeholders • Knowledge of SADC Political and economic environment • Knowledge SADC protocols and communication channels • Project management • Writing and communication skills.

BENEFITS: Employer offers an all-inclusive remuneration package of R1 334 565,00 p.a.
