Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our procurement function and drive the development and execution of a comprehensive procurement strategy. As the Senior Manager of Procurement, you will be responsible for optimizing procurement processes, ensuring cost savings, and supporting our overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities:
Lead the procurement function through strategic planning and the evolution of an operating model, structure, and capabilities.
Develop and execute a global procurement strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives and other functions.
Establish and enhance capabilities and structures to ensure efficient and compliant procurement operations across the global business.
Plan and deliver procurement programs or initiatives, collaborating with multiple business units to achieve strategic goals.
Identify potential supply chain risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Drive end-to-end contract lifecycle and supplier relationship management.
Resolve procurement-related challenges, minimizing business impact and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze consolidated global procurement data, providing insights and initiatives for process improvement and cost savings.
Define, monitor, and drive continuous improvement of reporting and analytics for procurement performance.
Requirements:
Qualification: Relevant Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Banking, Economics, or Technology.
Experience: 10-12 years of experience in Commerce, Banking, Economics, or Technology.
Managerial Experience: At least 3 years in a managerial role.
Certification: MCIPS or similar certification preferred.
