Description Technology Strategy Development: Develop and communicate the Institute's technology strategy and vision to all stakeholders. IT Governance: Establish IT governance processes, standards, and policies to ensure the effective and secure use of technology. Resource Management: Efficiently manage IT resources, including budget, staff, and infrastructure. Technology Infrastructure: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the ICT infrastructure. Security and Compliance: Ensure that all ICT operations comply with data security and legal requirements. Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders. Innovation and Emerging Technologies: Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and innovations to drive business performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) would be advantageous. 5+ years of experience in IT management or related roles. Demonstrated leadership in managing IT infrastructure and teams.
