Senior Manager - Head of Security and SD-WAN.
ICT Center of ExcellenceCompany: MTNMTN is Africa's largest mobile network operator, sharing the benefits of a modern connected life with 288m customers in 18 markets across Africa.Role Overview: The Head of Security and SD-WAN is responsible for end-to-end oversight and delivery of solutions, focusing on commercial success, innovation, and the customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of end-to-end comprehensive Solutions within the Business Line area in alignment with organizational goals.Drive the growth strategy for business line solutions and commit to sales targets.Lead solution-specific annual plans in harmony with overarching business line objectives.Oversee pre-sales activities to support business development efforts.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to ensure alignment with business strategy.Manage and oversee project documents, including SLAs and project scopes.Develop and design area's Service Level Agreements (SLA's).Enhance ROI by leveraging and developing future-proof strategies.Develop and supervise the implementation of functional policies and best practices.Attract, develop, and retain appropriate talent within the team.Minimum Qualifications:3-year degree equivalent / 4-year tertiary qualification in Technology Systems or related field.MBA / Masters is advantageous.Experience:Minimum 10+ years' experience, including Senior Management in a commercial/telecommunications environment.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.Experience in overseeing cross-functional teams and P&L Management.
