Senior Manager- Corporate Legal Services (Corporate Law And Litifation)

The purpose of this position is to strategically and tactically manage the people and activities of the Corporate law and litigation centre in the CLS business unit. This incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the centre, managing the people and co-ordinating them to deliver timely, quality, value-adding corporate legal and litigation services. This role is required to ensure the resolution of legal disputes and litigation related to the audits, material irregularity processes, suppliers and COMPANY stakeholders, develop and draft enabling laws and regulations and conduct legal assessments in response to complaints, ethical breaches, and quality management failures thereby mitigating organisational risk.Desired SkillsCorporate GovernanceBusiness ScienceLitigatorCommercial LawLitigation AdvisoryDesired Work Experience5 to 10 yearsDesired Qualification LevelDegree
