KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS  The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Lead the formation of strategic partnerships, increased revenue and commercialisation of business process Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets Implementation and management of the Agency's Training Academy Drive alignment of overall transformation with the business strategy Business continuity advisory CSI
 COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS  Strategic Planning and reporting. Knowledge of government and SADC protocols. Ability to build Inter-relationship between the Agency and external stakeholders. Knowledge and application of project management Knowledge of SADC Political and economic environment Knowledge SADC protocols and communication channels Advanced auditing, management and leadership skills
Requirements REQUIREMENTS Formal Qualifications A degree or NQF level 7 qualification in Business Management, Economics, marketing or Commerce or related discipline. Relevant Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience: Ten (10) years relevant experience in Business Development and Transformation Agenda, and Five (5) years at middle management level.
