We're seeking a talented individual to join us as a Senior Management Accountant for a 4-month maternity cover position.Position Overview: As our Senior Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial operations, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making processes during this temporary period. You will collaborate closely with senior management to ensure financial stability, compliance, and performance optimization.Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to provide insights into business performance and support strategic decision-making.Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor financial performance against targets, and identify areas for improvement.Cost Management: Analyze costs and expenses, implement cost-saving initiatives, and optimize resource allocation to enhance profitability.Financial Planning: Assist in developing financial plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to communicate financial insights, address inquiries, and support cross-functional initiatives.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting or related roles, with proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
