Senior Maintenance Assistant - Hoedspruit

5* Lodge in the Hoedspruit area is looking for a Senior Maintenance Assistant.
To effectively attend to all maintenance tasks to the required 5* standard
To continually be pro-active with regards all maintenance issues on the reserve
Communication skills with guests and fellow staff members
Good organizational ability and lateral thinking ability
Able to handle pressure, and still operate effectively
Must read and write English fluently
Willing to live on site for after hours callouts/emergencies at night
Mentor and upskill others in maintenance departement
Be a team leader
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years knowledge and experience of majority handyman skills
Basic artisan qualification with regards to related fields
Must have previous work experience on a reserve or lodge
5 years' experience and knowledge of majority of skills such as aircon / refrigeration, welding, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and more
Driver's license (code 8/10) required
