As a Senior IT Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable software products through comprehensive testing methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute test plans to identify and document bugsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve testing processesAct as a quality gatekeeper to ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirementsEnhance customer satisfaction and maintain the company's reputation for reliability and excellenceRequirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a senior roleProficient in manual and automated testing tools and methodologiesStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with test management and defect tracking toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentKnowledge of programming languages and automation frameworksQualifications:Matric/Grade 12NQF 7 - bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
