Senior Interior Designer

- Min of 10 years PLUS experience in Commercial and Retail interiors- Expertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings- Must be an individual who can grow the design team, - Lead the team in the latest trends, materiality, and co-ordinate building and engineering infrastructure, and have a great understanding of technical design. Finishes, hardware etc.- Advanced knowledge of design software such asRevit, AutoCAD,Twinmotion, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite- Client facing role- Can manage projects independently from start to finish through the 6 building stages- Prepare final submission documentation- Strong experience in Interior Design and FF&E selection- Good understanding of project administration and documentation - Good understanding of current project software in current industry standards- Good understanding of materiality - types of materials used in different applications in building - Understanding of the RIBA project stages, not a must have but advantageous- Strong understanding of MEP services and be able to coordinate Interior Design with MEP- Excellent time management skills - to be able to stick to briefs and deadlines- Strong knowledge base of materials and finishes, to be able to value engineer a design if need be- Excellent communication and project management skills.- Experience working within the commercial sector is beneficial.- Membership with a relevant professional association is desirable- Strong Revit experience specifically in BIM management.- High EQ
